They probably have existed, just been so bad nobody noticed...

Plus there have been adverts for this game on TV.
Adverts + DVD Rom on the PC = there must be something in this.
It could bomb, who knows, but games that get advertised on TV usually end up top games.
Not always, but usually.

Irrelevant.
This thread was about opinions on a game called Total Overdose.
It isn’t my fault you entered it with your life frustrations showing from all angles.
Fact of the matter is, there have been very few DVD Rom games on the PC.
When a game is released on DVD Rom on the PC, you can place a safe bet that this game will be top notch.
As I stated before and whether you like it or not, San Andreas was a classic, as were Far Cry and Half life 2.
3 games on DVD Rom.
Total Overdose is on DVD ROM. So there could be a *slight* chance that this game might just be pigeon-holed with the 3 mentioned above.
Hence why I asked.
It's not about the XBox. This is a PC Forum btw.
Name me one bad DVD Rom game on the PC?
You can't as evidence and facts suggest there are none.
My statement suggested it might/could be a classic game.
Btw, those who brand people "retards" have lost the argument before they have started.
Also, Chippxero - before you brand people "E-retards" it's 'whether' not 'weather'.
Cheers.

Pot. Kettle. Black.
It's right up there with "AGP is better than PCIE"

It's sound, but nowhere near wide enough to be considered representative.
If you were only presented with those examples, and knew of nothing else, then it would be a logical conclusion to produce.
But, that's not the case, and this guy's a drooling retard.
Repeat ad infitum for DVD vs VHS, HDTV vs bog standard analogue TV etc..
