If you mooch about on the Special Reserve and Freeola sites you'll find little problems or annoyances. e.g. why can't I do this, I can't understand that or couldn't we do the other.

So we would like your comments in this BUG TEST. An extra prize will go to the person who contributes the most to improving this site with little tweaks or solutions.

LITTLE TWEAKS are the operative words. You will not win anything for suggesting that we spend £35 billion on a re-design.

Is the navigation going to quickened up a little, i.e instead of just
view older topics and view newer topics, you could have back 10 pages or forward 10 pages....this would quicken our searches for our topic.

Present philosophy is:

Make it quick, easy and interesting.

I think it would be nice to have a list of the minimum specs, and the recommended specs for running the PC games, so that you know when you buy it, that it'll run on your PC.

Starcraft???? Got me, I realise that the sort of changes I suggested may be a large undertaking.. but Im sure the Webmasters skilled enough to do changes that he thinks are in the best interest of the site, theres always a danger of making the site to complicated so nobody can use it. But some of the ideas could be implemented easily it would be easy to ask as a few more questions when we joined.
However aslong as this info would be used to target the site towards the people who surf it I dont see any problem, if it was used for junk mail Ild ...well...
What I mean to say is like not having junk mail from SR, all I get is my usual club magazine through the post every month( and a bit) and thats good enough for me.

I ahve MSN Messenger and I talk to my mates over the net, and all smileys appear with codes such as

:) = smiley face
:P = TONGUE OUT OF FACE
(H) = picture of sun
(B) = mug of beer
(I) = A lightbulb

Well thats a few that I remember they are really cool. :)

Wouldn't it be great if there was a visual aid to these forums. All you'd need is an extra column at the side to include a little face, or something. There could be a dropdown box when you post your message where you choose your emotion. It can be done quite easily with JavaScript and would help put emphasis on your comments.

P.S. I made this comment weeks ago and I see it has been made by a few people in this discussion, so I would guess it's a fairly popular idea.

NEW IDEA! yu could make a voting poll and then ask people wheter or not they would like this site changed in certain ways. It is a good idea to find out what other people think

It may be possible guys if SR add all these things that it will slow the speed of the loading on the page down so yu gotta be carefull SR make a wise choice

To help that why not use some clolour codes!
Red= Really good Blue= Really crap.

Tony I reckon that you should let people make walkthrus for games aswell.
