i'm a big fan of britney spears she writes some excellent songs and each song is such variable range. A good example of a well written song she did was "i love rock and roll" basically if you haven't heard it it's like a hardcore rock music song and it's really quite heavy i think that even hardcore thrash metal bands such as sum41 and the strokes will be proud of. And because this song was such a landmark for modern music you can imagine my disgust when it only reached number 10 in the UK chart i mean what has happened to music?? her new album looks really good as well she has such a great voice and she writes all of her own song she is obviously the most talented singer ever, i mean everyone goes on about bands like the beatles and even led zepplin, but what have they changed in music they have done nothing to innovate the music world unlike britney who is so original and unique. what are your views?

Oh all they do is scream, I've heard 3 songs yeah, I'm just gonna be stupid and think what I think. I'm the only one thats right and because I don't like them, everyone in the world who does is stupid.

I feel sorry for you guys, especially phi11ip. Fine you don't like them. But if you were to broaden your mind and not be so stupid, then you'd understand. And by the way phi11ip, you proved my point earlier that you are just ignorant. Case closed.

I'll second that, all the bands like Korn and Slipknot are for kids who want to think that by listening to them - and waring the t shirt, jumper, patched jeans, dogtags....endless list of merchandise e.t.c. they are somehow different, doing their own thing and so on.

Please, I may buy every single Britney and Christina CD but I don't walk around advertising them. And these abdns say the pop industry is in it for money ? Ha, they're worse than most pop bands will ever be.

By the way Cooky, you heard of someone called alice martineau ? Pretty good debut album.

It's not JUST screaming, but almost all of it is. I heard 'Left Behind' and ran like the wind. The guy who sits on his buckin' bronco drums is funny though.

It is the largest lump of crap ever!

It's just shouting and swearing and screaming!

It's not music, It doesn't even have a tune to it!

OK, I'm halfway though the song and I'm deleting it!

If you can back up your point that it is just screaming then you've got a point. But whatever you say, I'll just back it up with a softcore bit they do. You've heard heard like 2 songs probably and just go with the crowds because your friends think it's just screaming. Again, ignorant child.
