It seems that you love Rare so much, as you lot always shouted "We've got Rare developing for us!" whenever someone tried to put down Nintendo. So I guess that you'll all be putting your GC away in the wardrobe, and you'll be buying an Xbox pretty soonish.
Or am I wrong?

My my, garbe is slipping! I fully expected a roasting and list of forthcoming Xbox games by now! :-)
So we will wait and see how they get on, im still yet to be impressed by them for quite a while now.
Anyway, xboxers, enjoy them.
Just wondering but most things call it XboX take away the x`s and you have "bo" is this microsoft way of TRYING to get down with the groove and become "hip".
We will find out.
They've not released anything since Conker!!
Anyway, if anyone's seen footage of Kameo, it's looking very good (the E3 2001 demo showed promising gameplay footage, but a complete lack of character and really sparse environments. It's come a LONG way since then.).
That's supposedly out by Spring (although knowing Rare's past rep. don't expect it until May atleast!). Joanna Dark has gone through a make-over (atleast in the promotion video that Rare showed) - she's not realistic anymore, more CGI manga style, which might be for the better or worse...
Conker hasn't changed (he was full of character anyway), and Banjo was given a really dumb retarded voice...
News is, sequels to games like Jet Force Gemini and Blast Corps are in devellopment, which can only be good news...
As for Nintendo fans, don't worry.
If Xbox sales are half as bad as Digitiser make them out to be, then HUGE price cuts are on the way, and by the time the Rare games come out, you'll be able to pick up an Xbox real cheap!
And there are advantages to Rare making Xbox games.
Nintendo are the best games designers in the world, and Rare have learned valuble tricks of the trade from them.
Now while Nintendo are offline experts, online gaming is MS's territory.
I think that Conker and Perfect Dark will benefit A LOT from Xbox live...
Mind you, the news is that Sega are now only going to develop solely for one console. Which one will it be? Well, my guess is Gamecube. Think about it, Nintendo have got rid of their share in Rare for a lot of money, there must be a motive for this, perhaps they knew that Sega were already on their side...
It's only speculation though folks.

Oops! That should have a Devious Dragon wrote: included there!
Sorry!
:D
Even if RARE has joined the dark side
I thought it was green? :D
they do not have the most popular RARE character Fox McCloud.

LOL! Too right. Fox McCloud is a Nintendo character, but Rare developed Starfox Adventures with Nintendo. What I would like to see on the Xbox though, is a Jet Force Gemini sequel. That would rock!
:D

Since when was Fox McCloud Rare's most popular character ?? He's not even a Rare character.

Same here. I bought my PS2 in Feburary, bought my GC on launch and my Xbox came on GC launch day, 30 mins later than my GC! Thing is, though, my Xbox was free, came with 5 games and 3 pads. Reason? It was a thank-you present from MS because my dad did a presentation out in America. Pretty cool thouhg. :D
Rare games are Rare. By that I mean 2-3 games a year. Although they are very enjoyable, the Goldeneye team left and became free radical design (I believe) and TS2 is multi format, so there's no worry there. Sure, Conker, PD and BK will appear on the Xbox, I don't care, as I own one, but for the people that don't, why should you be so concerned? With so many developers with the GC now, and games like DK + Starfox belonging to Nintendo, we have nothing of great value to lose! :D
Microchips.
(P.S- If I sounded one-sided, it wasn't intentional, I am 100% non-fanboy. :D)
