ok so the subject line was just a catchy title.

but really these nintys are having a laugh, there's like a handful of games that are good on the GC and a shed load (a big shed to) on the x box. and the PS2? well the games companys can't be bothered with it anymore so why should i LOL.
well i might get stuntman and tekken 4 but still.

anyway what i hate about these nintys are the games they say are so good really aint. ok so it's a matter of taste and if i was 5 1/2 i'd love a GC but i'm 20 and i want blood and gore.

most GC owners must be about 10 as they argue like kids and get all up tight if you slate mario and everyone knows sonic is better.

if i had my way sega would still have a console and it would be ninty the game developer and i'd have me sega machine next to an x box and live happlying ever after knowing all the nintys would be crying as they haven't got the guts to buy a non nintendo machine muahahahahhahahahaha

ok so this post will probably encourage them but why can't we all be happy gamers?

oh well naff all i can do except laugh at there little faces and there silly little cube, sav had a GC for about a week and he found a use for the handle LOL

You nonse! :-D

The Snes wasn't seen as childish because there weren't loads of "Adult" games around.

Nintendo haven't changed one bit.

It's just after the likes of Resident Evil etc came out on the Playstation, people started to think that they were too "big" for cartoony games - except for the true gamers who play a game for how good it is, not for how "big and grown up" it makes them feel...

Besides, saying that Nintendo is all Pokemon is like saying that Microsoft is all flight simulators.
And I'd rather be a 5 year old than a boring lifeless anorak who can't cope with "fun" or "excitement".

Please note, that was not aimed at Xbox fans. It is the sort of stereotype that comes to mind with MS's realistic, technologically impressive but dull, lifeless, unimaginative, as-boring-as-hell Flight Simulator series. If you want to look at Nintendo fans as little kids, please accept the equivilant tag for a Microsoft fan. :-)

Xbox could do Red Alert 2 not bother. I'd be expecting a newer version if one was to apear on Xbox.

Anyway, Commando 2, a REAL strategy game is commin out soon. My Dad loves Commandos, he says he'll buy it for me. :)

Yeah but not everyone can afford to buy a PC that can handle the strategy games. Plus PC's have the habit of crashing as soon as any action really starts to pick up.

I think the X-Box could do ok with the current strategy games around. The PS1 didn't do a bad job of the original C&C game. It didn't do too bad a job with Red Alert either, when things go REALLY busy there was just some slowdown.

I think the X-Box could handle the likes of C&C Red Alert 2 without any real trouble. :-)

I would settle for the PC versions of strategy titles, they dont work on consoles. Except Pikmin, that was revolutionary.

Opps just noticed a spelling mistake too. Psuchonauts is supposed to be Psychonauts. ;-)

Wasn't going to add the multiformat games at first but then I decided to in case of the risk of a clueless newbie waltzing in screaming about the likes of Turok as though its only on one format.

Of course theres plenty of sports titles coming out but I don't really buy that many so others might want to add those. ;-))

So far Microsoft are getting some excellent multiformat titles while also bringing through the exclusives so I'm happy with plenty to look forward to. ;-)

I'm hoping some strategy games will be announced soon too. Would love to play games like C&C Red Alert 2 and Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds on the X-Box with other people. :-)

Quite a few good games in there, in fact most of the good ones are multiformat.
