but really these nintys are having a laugh, there's like a handful of games that are good on the GC and a shed load (a big shed to) on the x box. and the PS2? well the games companys can't be bothered with it anymore so why should i LOL.
well i might get stuntman and tekken 4 but still.
anyway what i hate about these nintys are the games they say are so good really aint. ok so it's a matter of taste and if i was 5 1/2 i'd love a GC but i'm 20 and i want blood and gore.
most GC owners must be about 10 as they argue like kids and get all up tight if you slate mario and everyone knows sonic is better.
if i had my way sega would still have a console and it would be ninty the game developer and i'd have me sega machine next to an x box and live happlying ever after knowing all the nintys would be crying as they haven't got the guts to buy a non nintendo machine muahahahahhahahahaha
ok so this post will probably encourage them but why can't we all be happy gamers?
oh well naff all i can do except laugh at there little faces and there silly little cube, sav had a GC for about a week and he found a use for the handle LOL

I watched it on the E3 DVD I have and it looks ok. Watching the action though, it seems pretty claustrophobic (spelling ?) The enemies seem to move pretty fast and some are quite large. Samus seems to move a little slowly compared to the enemies and there seems to be little space to move to avoid an enemy and circle them.
It looks good, but I really don't see it beating the likes of Halo. I think Metroid was better as a platform game. I really enjoyed Metroid on the Snes (complete with its big box). ;-)

Me thinks you shouldn't be talking there matey. ;-)

It's hard to tell what this one will be like.
It's just so... different.
Still, it sucks that the Metroid liscense was given to a genre where you can't see the main character.
Samus rules in Smash Brothers and the other Metroid games.
Pity we won't be able to see her kick-ass jumping moves in 3D...

Yeah but the difference is - Microsoft haven't shoved any of their boring anorak flight simulator games onto the X-Box. ;-)
Only kidding mate (before I find out that 20 boring anorak flight sims have been announced by Microsoft). ;-p

Yeah Commandos is good. :-) I like games such as Red Alert 2 and stuff though for the base building element. Instead of just being given a small unit to work with, you get to create your own army and base and use your brain on how to take advantage of the surrounding area and stuff. :-)
Me and my cousin Jay used to have thise gentleman's agreement of no attacking eachother for a certain amount of time so that we could both build a good base and put together a decent army to fight against eachother. That used to be pretty good. :-)
But don't be saying that too often, it might stick. :P
