Here's a great suggestion which came up in digestion. If you can turn a tidy rhyme then you can make a prime dime.

Subject: Internet, Special Reserve, Freeola, Games, Consoles and/or people or animals of the forums (including staff)*.

Your subject must be any or all of the above otherwise your poem will not count.

Best poem by midday on September 5th wins a £25 EXTRA GAD prize. That's any game of your choice up to £25. (Poems are worth much to us)

Only one winner. The Judge will be Fate (my wife).

Oh yes - leave out the complete rubbish PLEASE. And if it is supposed to be the words to a tune then please tell us which tune as we don't carry a juke box of ditties in our little heads.

you'd think so, but looking at the Top 100 posters of all time, sorted by word count, notables make up 10 of the top 12. See? ;o)

Special Reserve is the name,
Of somewhere that you can win a Game,
The people that work there,
Must have strange Hair,
To give away so much stuff,
Must be really ruff,

You must be quite clever,
To do whatever,
It takes to win,
Something that doesn't belong in the bin,

People that haven't seen this site,

I come here everyday,
just so I can play,

If Special Reserve ran the education system,
Then critics would surely say GCSEs and A levels were much too easy,
As everyone would pass,
Because on Special Reserve online I've seen incredible things,
That make a monkey doing a little dance with a stick seem normal...

You see Special Reserve can make people do anything,
Teenagers writing poetry for example,
Writing long stories,
Engaging in heated discussion,
That schools have to force you to do,
That "whats her name from the government" with the short hair must be desperate for the secret that makes us work.

The secret is the game,
The game that brings much joy,
The game in which you can race in a car,
Be the hero,
Shoot the bad guys,
Save the world,
And more,
You see the game is a special thing,
Which allows you to do things never imaginable before,
It allows you on intense adventures,
Without the real life blood and gore,
It allows you to go 300mph in an expensive car,
Without giving your mum a heart attack,
Or using your mums credit card,
Yet most adults seem to complain about it,
"It ruins your eyes!"
"You should be out doors!"

If only more adults were like Special Reserve,
And encouraged you to get and play indoors,
The thing that made me write a poem,
Because I have no money in my pocket,
The poem that makes me fake a cough or cold,
The poem I didn't plan to write,
But did,
Because of the game.
