They told me they would call back, and never did. They insist it is a problem my end, but I've tried two different computers and and internal and external ADSL modem on both, always getting the same Error: 645 message.

I've checked the userID and passwords are correct, and even used their test account, and still no luck.

They also insist my account is still active.

From that link, it appears as if its is a problem at their end, not mind, as I did everything pipex asked and what was suggested from that link, and still no luck.

At least it tells you what a 645 error is

... this is really getting on my nerves, its been 3 weeks now.

The error I'm getting is:

"Error: 645

Dial-Up Networking could not complete the connection to the server.
Check your configuration and try the connection again."

Does anybody know what type of error this is, as in who's fault it maybe and what end it is caused, and maybe how I am able to fix it???

I don't like playing games on my PC, thats what the PS2 is for :o) anyway I'm not much of a games player these days, but as for MP3's, don't have an MP3 player yet, so doesn't seem much point, as I don't listen to music from my PC.

Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
