I propose we don't let newbies vote in the next election. Because then we get

A) People creating new usernames

B) Pro Evo

C) Pro Evo

D) People who don't know what they're talking about making the decision

E) Pro Evo

If you let newbies vote this time, we'll get Natbuc or someone as notable. Don't let them, and it'll be someone good like Mr Happy.

Discuss.

After last time's election, the LAST thing Snuggly will do is make things more complex. I think not allowing newbies is likely, after all, most aren't attached to FoG enough to be relevant to this Notable business.

Problem with the time limit thing is that I think it would be hard for SR to implement anyway, but aside from that, someone may have been registered for ages but not been on the forums regularly. If someone is a regular you know they've at least used the forums a fair amount (though this still doesn't mean they know the people...)

Another option could be give newbies one vote and regulars two. Last time they gave notables two votes and everyone else (including Newbies) one vote. Maybe this time we could allow newbies to vote but give regulars more power with two votes, and if SR want to they can let the notables have three...

Anyway... we'll have to wait and see what SR do...

Well now he's on holiday.

But I don't know where he was before he went away.

Talking of Pro Evo, has anyone seen him?

I used to see him around loads before he was a notable, and once he went gold (well, sort of), he's barely been around. Strange...

Yeah, because I was rushing out to get it copyrighted as you were posting. ;)

You don't need to justify your right to make a suggestion. :P
I can always write it off as great minds think alike anyway. ;)
