No matter how good of a invester you are, any shares you have at the moment you have probably lost money. I have anyways :(
I could have sold my HBOS shares for £8.50 a few months ago but now they are about £5.50 :(

I think its addictive...after a successful raise i feel I have to immediately buy more shares, I agree with you that while its risky, its worth it one can certainly make more than if the same amount was stashed away in a savings account..."make your money work for you" -- or equivalent smart ass*d comment
Abbey hit 549 @ one point today. I was just sitting here on my computer watching them for most of the day watching them climb and climb...

Whats even worse is that i almost bought some ICI shares yesterday(but thought against it as my dad lost a bit of money on them) if ya didnt know, ICI rose 22% today....WOuld have been my alltime greatest move ever...£200 could have been made in a matter or hours...Oh well...ifs and buts...
I ended up buying 526 BT shares @ 195. Lets see what ride they take me on!

BAA shares are at a three month low :( and I bought them yesterday..
Sell them.
I would before tomorrow... but then Im rash and would rather be safe...than sorry. This wont happen again for quite a while Im guessing
