Any of you lot got any shares?

No matter how good of a invester you are, any shares you have at the moment you have probably lost money. I have anyways :(

I could have sold my HBOS shares for £8.50 a few months ago but now they are about £5.50 :(

Could be a really good time to invest at the moment...Anybody got any good tips?

Next up on the ortega hitlist.

William Hill - they've been rising constantly since January. And online betting seems to be becoming more and more popular.

I do have shares in them, that's how I figured they'd shared out all the capitol. I work there also so can't give out the name. I know that there is an industrial tribunal claim impending against them.

Well I haven't got a brilliant business brain but I would say that any company who's just given all their capitol out in the form of an interim dividend would be extremely stupid!

Would you care to enlighten us as to who/which company your talking about?

PS I hope you haven't got shares in them.

is there a business brain out there who could explain why a company would distribute all it's capitol to shareholders in the form of an interim dividend?

Yes. I would. Gone up 25%+ in the past 2 months. They hit rock bottom and are on the up again.

Kawasaki ZXR 636 Ninja. That's for me. All the green and the sleek, streamlined design. Doesn't mean you have to go 120mph to enjoy it though (:
