Any of you lot got any shares?

No matter how good of a invester you are, any shares you have at the moment you have probably lost money. I have anyways :(

I could have sold my HBOS shares for £8.50 a few months ago but now they are about £5.50 :(

Could be a really good time to invest at the moment...Anybody got any good tips?

90% of people arent which is why stocks crash at the slightest sign of a recession... which just doesnt make sense seeing as most of them arent in it for the dividents and couldnt care less whether the dividend per share was 1.8p or 1p...

Economics is wierd

Thats what I thought but Ive started studying the ways of Warren Buffett (the words second richest man and best stock market investor) and he recommends putting all your eggs in one carefully chosen basket.

This guy is amazing

Im considering playing a £2000 student loan on the stock exchange. I like to look at financial stuff so i know i could make a bit of money from it. And of course i wouldnt stick the whole lot on one type of share.

A wise old man told me only spend money on shares that you're prepared to loose...

Very. Not too long ago i would be looking @ what DVDs/games to buy on payday...nowadays i'm looking for shares to buy on payday

Hell, i'd carry on even if i were losing money. Becasue I would have just "wasted" the money on crap anyway. I just love checking up each day just to see how they are doing! Somthing to wake up for anyways!
