This place is empty so im just gonna put down what i know about GTA ; vice city so far.

IT wont be a proper sequel to GTA3 but not a little add on that was expected. this is not GTA4 but more like the PCs version of GTA: London that came out a while ago.

IT is scheduled for a release on the 22nd of October, which for many of you will probably be the greatest friday ever seeing a a little known football game called Pro Evo 2 comes out that day aswell.

Many old faces are expected to show up with the likes of Donald Love and Ray the bent cop returning, maybe it is time that Darkel made an appearance seeing as the developers cut him out at the last minute. THe main character will hopefully stay the same or else it would seem pointless to change the character, maybe this time he will be able to talk and actually have a name.

The Game is set in the 80's so dont go expecting any laser guns or brand new machine guns. The cars are more then likely going to be convertibles and some top quality nice ones.

And probably for some of you the main high point will be the inclusion of motorbikes, well when you look at the box there is a picture of a bike that looks cool.

I hope you will be able to do more "Group" missions because in all honesty i found that the missions you did where YOU alone had to go and kill around 30 people a bit like james bond games which i also find boring, so what i want is more of the "bank robbery" missions where you and about four other people go and do a mission which i thought was really cool.

I wouldnt mind having either two or three people with you all the time anyways because thats the sort of thing i like to do, go round killing with a few friends i.e Final Fantasy X

well i just hope the game comes out soon, and hopefully it will be as long as GTA3

No, the clothes reflect on the date and time of the game and so do the cars! Rockstar aren't exactly going to make up cars! You didn't see flying cars or 1930 cars in GTA3 did ya? Neither did you see people wearing flares or brightly coloured/patterned clothes.

True, the cars are made up, but those such as the Infernus are based on the Lamborghini Diablo - a recent car - and give the game a 'present day' feel. Well, they do for me!

And KR - I don't recall any dates being mentioned, but that's not to say none were.

I see what u mean Wookie - but i'm bored so gonna argue the point that the Lamborghini Diablo is a recent car but i'm thinking it could have been an 80's car or very early 90's

Ahhh - just think - white linen suits with pastel coloured T-shirts and loafers with no socks. Two days beard growth and getting to Sh@g Sheena Easton

Oh the good old days of Jan Hammer music and watching Crockett and Tubbs chase bad guys

For all you kiddies Crockett was Don Johnson (still slightly well known) and Tubbs was played by some loser who we all have forgot about ( I think his name was Philip Michael Thomas)

I mean anyone who has three first names and no surname must be a gimp

well, i recently bought a PS2 magazine and its the official UK magazine so you can always trust them to bring you da truth.

First of all, they said, "OPS2 can also confirm that this is a brand-new game and not the rumoured add-on pack."

Also, they say it is based on an imaginary miami (so it wont be an exact replica. They also put in brackets, "(Miami Vice?)"

They alos say it has been in development since november when GTA3 was released. There will be new characters, vehicles and weopons. But this doesn't rule out the possibility of Donald Love and Ray(the bent cop) returning.

Consider this..........(the rest is all my thoughts.)

Ray looked about his 40-50's and had wrinkles and stuff, if we go back twenty years, he would be a young dude applying for work or just startin out as a cop.

Donald Love seems a bit on the old'ish side as well.

And if Kenji does return he could be like a young crook (such as the main character) you never know, maybe they could join?
