A) The PS2 has been around for a lot longer
B) Neither console will ever catch up
and
C) THE PS2 OWNS ALL! MUAHAHA!
1) Boom in the gamer population? Maybe there was a babyboom 10 years ago and now they have all come of age for the console?
2) Some new killer game has just been released, one of those games that single handedly sells a console by itself. Wonder what it could be?
> the market has come of age enough to have 2 leading consoles I think
I actually belive there is enough space for all three to do reasonable ok. As more and more peopleare getting in to gameing.
If these are the UK sales, then of course they're like this. Why?
Because nobody has any stock, duh!!! I'm sure if there was an infinite supply to the retailers, GC would be selling loads, but the fact that very few shops have any makes it hard for peope to buy consoles.
And if they aren't UK sales, I retract the beginning statement :S
