Monkeys. Why are people on this site seemingly obsessed with them? I don't understand it. We have a monkey_man, Monkey with Attitude, Grease Monkey and The Iron Monkey. Someone's tagline (you know who you are) is 'mmm...monkeys'. There is a 'crew' in the PS2 forum called 'The Funky Monkeyz'.
What is the obsession with our simian friends?
Could someone please explain. Preferably a psychologist.

Oh, Ant is such a wonderful ant. He doesn't treat us as though he is higher, he sends us bags and bags of sugar free everyday, with a lovely personalised note inside.
I am a frail old femant, but the wonderful exercise techniques he has produced means I can live for many more years!
He tells us to be peaceful, and only attack when we are attacked. Fortunately we have a strong army full of brave ants, and when the evil cockroaches or monkeys attack we are always victorious. We let many of them go of course, but some end up as our food because they deserve it.
Oooh, look at what's come through the door! It's a box of chocolates from Ant, with a note thanking me for the jumper I made him!

Our colony is expanding all the time thanks to the wonderful leadership of Ant, and more sugar is being stolen everyday!
We have yet to see monkey_man today...we believe he has gone into hiding when he found out we defeated his army of weak monkeys with only one casualty, which was a broken leg which can soon be repaired.
