A little disapointed to be honest. I know i have only played it for an hour and a half so far, but to be honest at the moment it doesnt feel like i have done anything apart from watched with a little bit of walking and really really easy fights in between.

For me, its not started off at all like any of the previous games, they seemed to throw you into the action straight off, you got to actually do some playing while the story got off to a rushing start, this game hasnt done that to me yet, and this is one of the most important parts of the game.

You have to say that a game really needs a good begining to get things up and running, FF10 starts pretty slow....then with the blitzball scene it gets really good and im starting to think im back in FF, them something strange happens and the game just slowed down again.

Its not all bad, im intrigued to find out whats happening next, and it does seem to be building to something big, its just that, well, i think the graphics may have gone to Squares head at the minute, so far i havent played, i have watched, i hope its starts to improve in that aspect soon.

Got to say though, the graphics and character animations are very nice indeed, but still, a little more play would be nice sometime soon.

This game is getting better and better and better.

I meant to revise for my Biology exam (which I had this afternoon) last night but I played FF instead. I told myself I'd revise in the morning.....but I played FF instead.

I am weak. I know I should be revising but I can't. Revising is SOOO boring and FF is SOOO fun. Maths tomorrow, and no revision done. Tomorrow morning....:-D

Yeah, FF10 is one of the most dramatic ones of them all, which is why i think its the best one out. Its got so much in the plot and i have only been playing for about 8 hours.

Some of the cutscenes are amazing too, the game is pretty amazing and much better now its got more challenging.

I think I've come to Final Fantasy at a really bad time.

This is the first game in the series that I have properly played and I absolutely love it. However, since it is going online as of FF11, it will probably lose the ultimate single player story.

It's like Phantasy Star Online. A great game but it had a pathetic story line which wasn't even explained.

The best thing so far about FFX is the story and the characters. Surely this will be lost in FF11?

I think I'd much prefer it if they kept FF11 just single player. But since it's already out in Japan (I think) that's impossible. Oh well...

And FFX is actually very similar to Phantasy Star Online. The weapons all have the same names and the slots on each piece of armor is the same idea. It just reminds of PSO, although FFX is far better.

I still want PSO version 2 though (on GC) and I want less luck to be involved in finding cool weapons (as I have no luck except bad luck).

Final Fantasy 6 is still the most enjoyable FF game I've played, with 7 very close behind. 8 wasn't quite up to it, and 9 was just disappointing. I was considering buying a PS2 just to have this title, but not yet, given some of the feedback.
