OK, lets keep this going gamers. For beige box and country!!
Or something like that. :)

I wasn't really impressed with the single player demo, but then again, fighting against zombies and strange creatures is a first for a WW2 game, so it may be interesting. It's just after playing Allied Assault, The single player mode of wolfenstein never appealed to me, but the multiplayer aspect of the game is a different story.
I'll have to look around and see if the price has been dropped, £20 sounds like a fair price, and more than enough for a game I've been looking into for a while now.

Refer to my post 4/7/02 for definition!
Hello peeps! how are we all, still tweaking away here! Just about got things back together. Got bored with updating my Virus Definitions (had to re-install didn't I!) so thought I'd pop in and see how you are. And, believe it or not am sober!
Re wolfenstien, had a chance of buying that cheap but went for Silent Hunter II instead which is ok, just don't like the gaps in play while you're trying to find something else to sink and since I also have Destroyer Command it gives an incite into the other game should I eventually master the game well enough to go online (oh and upgrade to Broadband!)Perhaps I should have gone with Wolfenstien insted from what you are all saying, ah well next visit to the game shop....

The single player mode is great, the story is actually good, and the AI is incredibly advanced.
i would recommend Warcraft 3 over Dungeon Siege personally...
those heroes rock :D
i've only got to the undead campaign (second of 4 parts) and it's really cool to see how different all the races are

I still haven't got Wolfenstein yet, I would like to buy it though as the multiplayer kicks ar$e, not sure about the single player mode though. Yet another game to add to my growing list of most wanted PC games.

I was thinking about getting that myself, but have been put off a bit since I haven't played a demo, so don't know if it will run well on my PC. It probably will like, but would like to try a demo first.
I may instead go for Dungeon Siege, which I have played a demo of, and very much liked. There are also two other games I'm looking at right now, it's just choosing one of them to play now that I'm stuck on.
> Can anyone define Inance Drivel?
Well if you read one of IB's replies, you would know he meant to say Inane, which means:
Without contents; empty; void of sense or intelligence; purposeless; pointless; characterless; useless.
And Drivel means:
To slaver; to let spittle drop or flow from the mouth, like a child, idiot, or dotard.
That should make it easier for you to define what the two words in a sentance mean.
