DOOM. Or Wolfenstein 3D. Just unlocked that by completing Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Excellent Bonus.

All true. And its on my Ericsson T65. How cool is that?

Best retro game was Dick Tracy on the Spectrum. I got so addicted I had to go and see a therapist about it.

So if you were using a current PC to play games from systems from years gone by, wouldn't that be retro gaming...?

I tihnk they still sell it, for a fiver or something, on Virgins budget label?... You should be able to find it hidden somewhere in 'Games' budget shelves?

Altenratly, you can always grab it from Underdogs...

That was becuase the game was supposed to be played via Floppy rather than tape...

On floppy everytime you exited the game, it saved you LCP stats, health and suchlike... If you let the little guy die, whenever you tried to boot the disk it would come up with an R.I.P screen :)

Actually Hooplah, that's a good list there.

Crazy Comets and Mega Apocalypse, were insanely frenetic, so simple and addcitive and demanding, always giving a slither of a chance to stay alive, leaving you cursing, after losing a life.
