Ok, I'm interested. Lets have a look at the kind of websites you've all designed. Perhaps post 2 or 3 of the ones your most proud of.

My 3 are...

www.andi.tk
www.l2productions.co.uk
www.lewq.2y.net/andi/iroko

The last one, IROKO, is still under construction, but i like the design of it and its different from my others.

So, post away, increase your hit counts and lets get some constructive critacism (sp?) going.

Hahaha, you know - I looked at the forum list and saw that you'd written in... my 56K modem couldn't download the page fast enough cos I was DYING to see what incredibly witty piece you had come up with next...

Amazingly you didn't disappoint. You really make me laugh.

Your argument is now reduced to how popular I am on here. Gone is the ability to argue about the actual subject - your design skills. I suppose this shows you've actually got the message and have accepted defeat. Excellent.

On to your new topic though - of COURSE I'm not going to be popular in here. What I say threatens the security people like you have in your work. The things I say bursts the little bubble of imagination you live in, and you really don't have a clue what to do now that it's gone do you?

Of course I don't have any friends here you ponse! I didn't come in here to make friends. I came in here to point out the silly fantasy that you and your mates live in. And am I going to be popular for pointing out how stupid you are? Nope.

So, 0/10 for observation, as I feel what you said is just blind common sense. At least you have (some) of that eh?

I'll leave you to it now mate. You're obviously well out of puff and your posts are nothing more than a desperate attempt to have the final say. The sad thing is, by doing so you're just showing me that you now admit what I say is true, though of course you hate me for it.

Ta-ta. I hope you find another meaning to life, but preferably one that other people can agree with you is true this time.

Bye people - I'm off to the pub.

I know the repetition comes from me. That's what I said. I have to say the same thing three or four times before people like you understand. I'm really getting tired of your lack of intelligence and inability to LEARN on this matter.

> I've certainly not said you claimed nobody on here could call themselves a web designer.

Oh no? So what the feck is this?

That's what it looks like you're saying to me... Next:

Can't understand why I'm being made lead programmer and on serious whack then...? Probably on better pay than you mate, so who's laughing now? :o)

Look, you're not making much sense. You accuse me of not remembering my posts, but I have about 20 here. You've only posted three and here you are contradicting yourself already.

You keep insisting I'm not a programmer, so why am I being paid 34K for programming software?

I don't think you have a leg to stand on mate, so just give it a rest yea?

Yeah but sadly the repetition comes from you. You say this and yet its not an answer to what I wrote nor is it even relevant. I've certainly not said you claimed nobody on here could call themselves a web designer. But you've certainly said that some people are not entitled to call themselves such.
Obviously since you have comprehension difficulties, I'll try quoting your own posts to you. I hope you at least understand your posts?

"Some of the pages floating around on the internet claim they have been 'designed', which is an insult to any true web designer. "

[snip] cut some irrelevant babble [/snip]

"I hope there are some proper web designers here who agree with or at least appreciate what I am saying. It must be very frustrating reading some of the stuff on here..."

I'd like you to focus on the last line. The inference is that some of these so called web designers inhabit the forum, else why should the "real" web designers have cause to be frustrated. And just to further cement the point in subsequent posts you clearly state Turbonutter is no web designer, you even made general points such as...

"I know some basics and I aren't even a web designer, so how can someone who doesn't know the claim to be?! "

Do you need me to quote the rest of your posts too? Have you forgotten your posts? Are you just ranting from post to post without any real memory of what you've previously said. Wouldnt expect you to remember everything you posted, but it would be nice if you kept your points consistent. Doesn't bode well for your programming career does it? :)

Obviously there is some criteria by which somebody qualifies to be called a web designer. You've been quite vague on exactly what the criteria is, you've mentioned qualifications, experience, natural talent and even being employed as a web designer. Obviously you have your own idea of what it is because as already stated you did feel in a position to label Turbonutter as one of these people. So again, it brings up my question from my last post. Who are you to judge who can and who cannot be called a web designer? That you acknowledged that some here were web designers isn't an answer.

Would it help if I laced my posts with juvenile insults? Would that help your comprehension?
Hmm..maybe I'll try anyway... You really must be braindead if you cannot comprehend the problem with what you are saying. :)

This is quite simple, there are good artists and bad artists, both however are still artists. I don't like Van Gogh's work too much, so i might consider him a bad artist, doesn't mean I say hes no artist though. Theres plenty of theory on painting, styles etc., I can have read none of it, and produce bad art work but I'm still an artist, just not a very good one.
If not then, I still maintain you're no programmer. :)

Looking forward to your next rant,

-Garin, programmer :)
