I think we need to make the search more obvious, reduce the duplication on the links to the left, and consider a redesign at the very top of the page to separate the menu links from the banners. Oh yes, and we need to make Gameaday.co.uk more attractive to look at, and we need a home page.

Good point. It's difficult trying to be all things to all people. But the proof of the pudding is in the eating and we are ahead of the pack in numbers of visitors and page impressions - and that's official from independent internet analysts.
