Also, when you list items you sell, the little arrows you have above the table to sort them aren't very clear as to what they do.

Yes - the menu on the left hand side is far too confusing. As well as that, it's incredibly hard to get separate lists of games and stuff, and peripherals and stuff.

Yes - far too many links on the left hand side could get confusing to new comers to the website, why not incorporate a drill down feature.
