Xbox 2 WILL happen for sure. MS is in the games industry to stay.

When will Xbox 2 arrive, latest estimates are BEFORE PS3. A wise move?

It'll be xbox Live backwards compatable surely, as xbox live is a 20 year dream according to allard. Good stuff.

Wha do you want it to have? Games consoles will be turing more and more into all in one entertainment centres so spit it out.

Just a brainstorm of what Xbox 2 should be all about.

I dunno, Nintendo and Sony seem to do fine with the updates. ;-) Just a case of continuing the games which people enjoy.

Thats all bs, no motherboard and supporting visuals could support such a process. No matter what Sony say.

By the way, all you fantasising about titles, enough with the ones with numbers on the end. If MS want a REALLY big impact, their main title will have to be something original.

Halo worked a treat for this generation.

Sounds good, although the PS3's Cell is meant to be 250 Giga Hertz - almost 100 times as powerful than current 2700Mhz Intel chips.
IBM have develloped new semiconductor technology or something to make this possible...

I'm sure that Intel will be trying to beat this rather than use current "out-dated" technology.

Really, there's no difference between 5.1 and Pro Logic II. In fact, I can't tell the difference with just my TV's sound. I just don't see the point in spending a load of cash on something you don't need.

No they graphics would be crisp, smooth, and slightly more realistic. Sound would be changed, trust me ask people with 5.1 systems, its a different gamin expericance.
