Ok, the word spam is probably popping up in a few minds reading this, but Phantom Crash is a great game, so I thought I'd make this topic to chat about progress in the game and stuff (believe me, it is THAT addictive). I know Gamezfreak has claimed it so I at least have 1 person to chat with over this game once he gets it. ;-)

So far I've bought myself a Ventuno mech and I have 2 Animal chips - 2 wolves, one I've named Fang, the other - Silver. :-)
I want to get round to building my own mech soon, but I can't help but spend my money on crap ! ;-)) Bought a couple of music tracks, paint jobs to use, etc.
Thing is, these things can be in a shop one day and gone the next, so I see these little bits and pieces and quickly grab them. ;-)

Anyway, back to the rumbling ! ;-)

Always nice to buy more than 1 game at once isn't it. ;-) Like an ultra treat to yourself. ;-)) I have 3 games to pick up on Friday - god knows how I'm going to split the time into playing them all. :-)

I'm on day 30 of my Phantom Crash game at the moment. I decided to put my mech building on hold until I earn better money.

That poxy Wolf chip I bought kept slating me all the time, so I punted it back to the shop and sold it for a Beagle dog chip. :-) Happy now, the Beagle is a lot nicer - not like that a-hole Wolf I had. I still have a Wolf chip (named Silver) which I haven't used yet.

As for the mech I was building, I sold off the parts and spent the money on my current mech for now. I'll go back to building my own one once I'm in a better position to. :-)
Right now, me and Ben (my Beagle chip - named after my old dog that died) are piloting Nemesis well and kicking some major butt. ;-)

Gamezfreak - earned any shield trophy things yet ? As you fight, a decent rank fighter will enter the arena - tough sods but if you beat them, you get a shield trophy. I have 2 so far - hard fought fights too. I got done over 3 times in the arena which is why I had to abandon building my own mech and concentrating on the one I have for awhile. :-)

Had a bit of an ordeal today TRYING to get Deathrow. Cued up for ages, brought up JSRF and Tony Hawks 3 for trading in and the dude behing said he could only gave me £30 for them both. No problem, I'll just use that 10% off voucher I have.

But no, the guy tells me the vouchers invalid. I only have £5 on me. I can't get the game. Such a wasted journey going through traffic for 20 minutes. Iwas temped to get Hitman 2 for £30 but I controlled myself and stopped byself buying it for the sake of it, which I was quite proud of my self disaplne.

Get it next friday, along with SplinterCell. :P

Give plenty attention to the legs mate - they help support more weight.

My Wolf chip Silver has already been installed. ;-)

I might make my own mech soon, With laser cannons (i think you can get those, or something similar I have seen in the parts shop) Great game.

I had an ordeal purchasing the game today, Lets just say the people at Dixons are'nt as intelligent as the people in Game (thats an insult!) Firstly, I ring up the Dixons in Beeston, ask if they have the game in stock, the bloke said "Yes". I venture down to Beeston (only about 10 mins on bus) get to dixons, and the Game is'nt on the shelf. I ask one of the assistants, and he finds 4 copys behind the counter. I tell him that it was released yesturday, but he has to ring the managment. After his long phonecall, he puts the game back behind the counter and says: -

"Sorry mate, But we cannot sell you the game as we have'nt got a release date listed down."

Arg! I had a good mind to give them the finger. So then I had to go alll the way into Nottingham (To GAME) and purchase it.

Worthwhile journey in the long run, The game rocks! Rumbling is never the same each day, they have different events and stuff.

How many days are you into the game Sav?

My starting mech is called Chronos - has a black paint job with a shark face. ;-)

I'm currently building the second mech called Nemesis. ;-)
This one has a Splash paint job. :-)

As sad as this is gonna sound, my mech and animal chip are fast becoming my treasured pet. ;-))
Its amazing how much this game pulls you in !

I have'nt brought an animal chip yet, Just stuck with the level 99 one you get from the start. I'll purchase one later. Its great that each day new parts and stuff come in/change.

Im pleased with my 4 way rocket launchers, but im going to change my arm weps soon, and hopefully upgrade to hover legs.

In the meantime, Just given Sparky (my mech :-)) a nice lick of paint, dalmation style! its looks really good, but im changing to the the army style camoflague soon.

Great, addicitve game, I hope to make my own mech soon, I'll shove that in Hanger 2.

Fun Fun Fun! Currently 7 days into the game at the moment. Rumbling is great, the graphics are really good aswell as the optic camoflague.

Gonna go and add some novelty stickers to my baby...er i mean my mech soon!
