November:- 2 games added for a mere £40 onto the price, two of the X-box's best games Halo and Splinter Cell, and thats including JSRF and SEGA GT 2002.
December:- ?
Come on isn't this a bit overboard now?
BLAH BLAH BLAH
No the fact is Nintendo do not have the same amount of money as you've already said, they don't have the funds to release stupidly low priced bundles every month in the hope that some poor saps are gonna buy them.
Microsoft reduced the price of the Xbox a month after it was released, this resulted in a rise in sales for a good few weeks. Not too long after this though sales dropped again, the fact that they're seemingly doing a new offer on their console every month to me spells PANIC. Once Xmas is over and Xbox sales drop once more, what's Microsoft gonna do then? give the consoles away free with packets of cornflakes?
Oh and if you think these bundles aren't hurting anyone then that shows how blind you really are. 1. It's hurting the console industry as a whole, not all company's have this amount of money to throw around and 2 a lot of 3rd party developers have said that these kinds of packs are going to spoil their sales figures..
Sure Nintendo have their problems, especially in Europe where they still seem to be intent on treating their customers pretty crapply. But lets not go on like Microsoft are perfect, it's companies like them that will lead to the downfall of the console industry.
They aren't doing a Dreamcast. Unlike Micorsoft, Nintendo are making profit from the Gamecube, huge profit!!
Thats why they're happy to sit back.
If they lower the price, and sell more, they will probably only make the same amount of profit they make now. Unless they become as huge as Sony...

Yes they are!!!!!
If you live in Japan anyway :D
(Japanese Streets)
"Excuse me sir, have a free un-released Zelda game"
"Woohoo!"
Still, they're giving me a free Wavebird, which is nice :D
Tell you what, you buy a Gamecube and I'll buy an X-box :D
You got msn?
Microsoft have more cash than Nintendo could hope to have. They are subsidising the console to get a large base of users installed in the Christmas run up. In an industry that is accused of ripping off consumers it is a nice move and does no harm to anyone. Nintendo stupidly believe a fat plumber and a fox will save them. They are wrong. Gamecube is being trashed in sales ever since the new Xbox packs. Nintendo would not know a decent bundle deal if it hit them in the face. Whatsmore, Nintendo are not exactly the value for money company are they ?
Why does a 4mb memory card retail at £14.99, when a 16mb one retails are 24.99 ? Bizarre eh ? And, why does the Wavebird work out cheaper to import from Canada than to go buy one in the shops ? And why does the Gamecube still cost £129.99 when for £159.99 I had an Xbox and two great games ?
Is it because Nintendo love their fans ? No, it's because Nintendo are happy to do a sega with their console. At this rate the Dreamcast is going to have a purple friend....
And BTW, post sad crap like this in Ninty forum Dringo, where you can all gloat and agree with each other.

"Phantom Crash is a game with robots, large robots with guns, who enjoy shooting each other and trashing cities. Now I've got your interest, Phantom Crash is the finest example of a mech game on the Xbox.
If you believe everything you see in the movies or read in comic books, then downtown Tokyo is in constant peril of huge mutated dinosaurs kicking the crap out of each other, or massive mech robots dispensing fiery justice over the rooftops below. While this may not exactly be the case, the Japanese are absolutely mad on mech games ie. games that put you in control of huge robots with equally sizeable weapons. Phantom Crash is the cream of the cyber-crop, a fantastic new mech game that's been described as 'Gran Turismo for big robots'.
The year is 2025, and the Japanese government have moved the entire population of Tokyo into Neo Tokyo, a custom-built dome on the fringe of the city. Old Tokyo quickly becomes the playground for a new sport called Rumbling, which involves mobile attack vehicles inflicting pain on each other. Where do you come in? You're a rookie, and it's your job to make a name for yourself in the sport. Essentially, the game is a sports title of sorts, only with a strong storyline running through - get to the top of the pile, and deal with the consequences along the way.
You can roam around the streets of Old Tokyo to find your next match, there's no limits to the battlegrounds in essence, as it's all one big city. There are three different levels of buildings as well, so for a more tactical game you could take the high ground and snipe away from a hidey hole. Of course, be prepared to face the consequences. The earlier description of Gran Turismo for big robots is actually quite apt, because you can tune and upgrade your Scoobee (mech) however you see fit, with the money you earn from fights. It's all rather engrossing.
Phantom Crash is a superb battle game, not bogged down with an art-nouveau storyline or guff about digital memories, and it's not just a title for quirky, 'I'm mad me' hardcore gamers. Phantom Crash is a hugely enjoyable mechanised romp, and your games collection is poorer without it."
I brought this game on saturday, and im addicited to it.
Also its nice to see a ninty (whitesrtipes) that does'nt think Nintendo are the customer hugging hippies everyone says they are as they are'nt.
The Samaritons care.
Microsoft are only offering these amazing deals because:
a) They have stupid amounts of money
b) They want to install a massive user base ready for the second console, so they can conquer the games industry
c) Not enough people were buying it
And it is of course, working.
Microsoft don't care for their customers (does any company?) they just want more money!
It takes a bit more of a description than 'great' to make me buy a game you know...
"Nintendo loves its customers, they do nothing wrong they are great, and I am in total love with them. Microsoft don't do any deals"
Special Reserve and Gameplay are the culprits that released this pack, Microsoft have nothing to do with it.
Stop crying and stamping your feet, Grow up Dringo.
Oh and Whitestripes, Phantom Crash is great, it deserves a mention in my tagline.
I have no problem with the X-Box, but I really hate Microsoft.
And I loathe the thought of Bill Gates putting his feet up and sighing with content after conquering the games industry in a year by flashing his money around.
I think if I do get one I'll have to put a Nintendo sticker over the Microsoft logo :D
Or Phillips, or Panasonic, or any electrics company.
Maybe Hotpoint...hmmm...
Bill throws all his money at the console and buys out software company's.
I really wish he would **** off and concentrate on his stupid PC's.
