At least it would be if the makers, Future Publishing, didnt live in an alternative universe to the rest of us. Why ? "Try Before You Buy" claims the magazine about its Game demos. Problem - I doubt any of us will buy this then dash home to try out the demo's on our non existent Xboxes. Second problem - many of us have already worn out the local demo pods and know pretty well what we're going to buy anyway.
Still, at least we've got an official mag with demos, which wil be better once the consoles actually out !

It was a good mag. Not much in long previews of forth coming games, but the reviews were good. Nice layout e.t.c. I am going to buy next issue if they have the Wreckless demo.

Just abit. But it is a good mag. Also the demos seem to have alot to them, rather than the average rubbish the PS2 has offered before. But as the X-Box uses the HDD then upgrades will be available. In America they havent got all the extra features of DOA3 that we will have. So in the July issue of the America Official X-Box mag, they are including an upgrade which will feature the extras that the Europeans and Japanese already have in the full game.
I think that i'll only buy the mag if theres a good demo on it, or if theres a good upgrade e.t.c As £6 is very harsh indeed.

These games came with the PS2 mag - not X-Box.

Yeah I guessed.
The X-Box disc is better than the PS2 one. For a start PGR has 4 different modes on it, and a 2 hidden cars. One is the F50 which takes ages of game time to get in the full game. I think you have to earn 200,000 kudos points to earn teh F50 in the main game, which takes about 20+ hours of game play to acheive.
