Here a question.

How long do people think the N64 has left to live?

With games like Perfect Dark, Zelda: The Continuing Sage, Turok 3, A Resident Evil game, Top Gear Rally 2, and a bunch of other wicked games this year. How long will the N64 live for? Specially with the PS2 and Dolphin on the horizon how much longer can the N64 last?

I can name points why the N64 is better than the PSX,

1) iF YOU LOOK CLOSELY YOU CAN SEE SQUARES THAT HAVE MADE UP THE GAME,

2) These squares have not got as much colour as an N64.

3) take ages to load, ( by the time you have turned on your Playstation with GTA2 you could of completed the first level of goldeneye.

4) the controller is to small, and not enough buttons

5) No good Multiplayer games... if you dont agree with this reply with a list of them,

6)No good shooting games or first person... If you dont agree with this reply....

7)GOOD POINT..... There is a LIGHT GUN on the PSX

I am sorry if i have affended Playstation owners but It is all true.

...the competition thing, they were building up to it throughout the whole show, I'd expected something of epic comic proportions for all the hype he gave it, then it turned out to be yet another pants gag that wasn't worth the strain on my eyes.

The single bit that was actually worth watching was the lighting of the torch ceremony. For such a long show, 1 good joke isn't playing the percentages well.

Hang on, the innuendo about the weight lifter admitting 'it was all over very quickly', that was okay. Ben elton was disapointing though.

A matrix game would be great, Imagaine the whole film put into game context, you could have puzzles, action, stealth and shooting all into one great game that everybody would like. You could change your charaters half way through the game like in DK64, Change to trinity to do all the action scenes and neo to do all the stealth and morpheus to do all the puzzle. But if there was one it would have to be on a nintendo machine, because it would look to blocky on the playstaton and the playstaion wouldnt be able to keep up with the amazing frame rate.

That comedien was a bit unfunny wasn't he?
I mean, the joke about homeless people I found quite offensive, and very unfunny. The laughter was ALL canned as well.

I think one is being developed for the Playstation.
I honestly doubt it will be any good.

The game would have to set new standards to keep up the quality of the movie. But with the power of the gamecube who knows.....
Oh, by the way, hi m8.

...alternatively you could go on the Trish show and clap constantly, making the sign language person do that two handed waving thing all though the show (if you don't know what I mean, watch out for it).

The late night running of that one would be a classic. Whenever she does it she looks so pished, cos nobody can take you seriously with those hand actions. You can just imagine her walking down the street with crowds of people mockingly doing the waving thing at her. Fantastic.

Of course, it's a great job she does, bringing tv to the deaf who can't get teletext's subtitles, but she just looks stupid.
