Now, I was a little annoyed with SR getting rid of the gaming threads.

So please share your Championship Manger experiences in here.

Currently i am Sheffield Wednesday in the year 2030. This is the furthest I have ever got in any champ man game! THe other ones used to stop after 2026. Anyone know when it does end? If ever?

Anyways, whats the most you have sold someone for? Mine is £88M. Well chuffed with that sale. It was one of my home grown players as well. Came through the reserves and was a great hit.

As I said, I have not played it for a while, but its that amount plus more probably.

If you can spend £113m the wage limit should be much higher

Erm I think its about £90,000, not sure though I have not played the game for ages.

My wonder season in which i won the Premiership and European Cup was in the year 2009. I have bought Totti, i think i mentioned that somewhere, for a reasonable price, i think i mentioned that somewhere as well. Thing is, my season was with United too, Cambridge United.

My first season in charge, I won the Premiership, Charity Sheild and League Cup with United, plus I got to the finals of the other 3 compos. I completed a season in under 6 hours. And my star buy was Brighton Hotshot Bobby Zamora! He cost 600,000 and ended up top scorer playing alongside Van the man. He is now a quality player and is worth three times as much as his buying price...and then some! He's a quality buy, and will always sign if he gets to play in Europe. He's great from Division 2 to the Prem!

How much can you offer for contracts.

My most expensive buy was 'The One' Totti for £70million. After his first season he scored.....3 goals. The only word that sums that purchase up is 'gutted'.
However if you look in teams like Trinidad and Tobago and other lesser known nations, there are some real young superstars just waiting to be snapped up.

plus it's easier to buy good players as they'll want to come to your club and you'll have more money to spend
