Now, I was a little annoyed with SR getting rid of the gaming threads.

So please share your Championship Manger experiences in here.

Currently i am Sheffield Wednesday in the year 2030. This is the furthest I have ever got in any champ man game! THe other ones used to stop after 2026. Anyone know when it does end? If ever?

Anyways, whats the most you have sold someone for? Mine is £88M. Well chuffed with that sale. It was one of my home grown players as well. Came through the reserves and was a great hit.

Does anyone know an alternative download site than sigames.com as their site is not responding.

I am selling paul under wood and oters and bringing a fresh look to the conference CHAMPIONS!!! I won with 5 games to go and I could do the treble!!!!!

Is anyone else having trouble downloading the demo?

My issue of the champ manger mag issue 2 was sent out today. Should get it in the morning and hopefully be able to bust out the demo of CM4 a day before its released on thier website! yeeee!!!!

I don't have selection problems...well sometimes when K Dixon is injured I have to use mustafa and he always gets 5.

My probably line up (after Deadline):

DR: K Dixon
DC: M Duberry
SW: Some foreigner
DC: P Underwood
DL: T West

5-3-2, 5-4-1 or 4-4-2: Dunno what formation to use

I might play two different ones...I won't use the 4-3-3

Oh, How can I get back into my players good books?

Heh, in my Cardiff team I've been picking up random decent looking youngsters, and ended up in a mess.

All the forwards bar one turned out pants
All the midfielders bar none turned out rubbish
5 defenders turned out to be world class

All of them are central defenders...

If nothing else, I have great cover for that centre back position..

It's alway's good to get rid of defenders: I find that I buy too many; At Hereford Utd in CM3 I bought Chris Masson (Lossiemouth,£7k) , Jamie Wall(free), Neil McGowan (East Fife,£2k) , Andre Dellissier (Hayes, £3k) and Stefan Winiarski(free): I soon had selection problems.
