I have just picked up a GameCube with Logic 3 Memory card and Star Wars Rouge Squadron! The controls are quite easy to get used to although swapping between my Xbox and GameCube is going to be hard after playing a long time on each. Star Wars is very good so far although the Training mission is a bit poor! I have done the first two parts of mission 1 where you have destroy the towers and kill the ships but the 3rd part is VERY difficult! I keep blowing up when the 3 enemy ships turn up behind you, any ideas on how to lose them? I am going to find information about connecting it to my 5.1 AMP but for now its back to Star Wars!

I never used to bother slowing down I used to just dodge up and down continuously, eventually they crash and just leave Darth Vader behind. Han blows that muther away and then you use the force and smoke that Death Star.

They are easy to lose, do exactly what Tom Cruise did in Topgun.

Speed up (close up your XWing) and then slow it right down.

The Ties will fly past you and you can gun em down. :-D

Maybe you played the PC versin in a low resolution, but in 1028x820 or 1280x1028 there is a huge difference in the graphics.

No, no, no ,no that's where you're wrong i've played the PC version and own the Gamecube version. The character models are the same, only real difference is the console version for some reason doesn't have all the lighting effects that the PC version does.

The console versions of Jedi Knight II have appaling graphics and character models compared to the PC version.
And anyone who took 30 hours o complete Starfox must be absolutely appaling at games. How could it possibly take you so long, unless you spent half you time standing around doing nothing.
