I have just picked up a GameCube with Logic 3 Memory card and Star Wars Rouge Squadron! The controls are quite easy to get used to although swapping between my Xbox and GameCube is going to be hard after playing a long time on each. Star Wars is very good so far although the Training mission is a bit poor! I have done the first two parts of mission 1 where you have destroy the towers and kill the ships but the 3rd part is VERY difficult! I keep blowing up when the 3 enemy ships turn up behind you, any ideas on how to lose them? I am going to find information about connecting it to my 5.1 AMP but for now its back to Star Wars!

Good choice.

Wait till you see you play the Battle of Endor level for the first time, you will soil yourself with excitement.

you have got a mighty good consoles. My advice is to play it until your eye's bulge or just play on it for a long time until you feel so tired you have to stop. I think the second option is better.

Thanks Gerrid, I have died yet another time on this bit! It is great so far but I am looking forward to the later levels and finally getting used to the pad properly. I could have got Die Hard Vendette, Resident Evil or Eternal Darkness but I thought I would start with Star Wars which was a launch title :)

Maybe even this is a lie. Maybe he hasn't got one. Which would mean he didn't lie. Which would mean he was telling the truth! Aha! A discovery channel!

When the ships appear behind you, you want to put on the breaks as far as they go, and let the tie fighters fliy past, then you shoots them in the back, all sporting like.
But if you think the frirst mission is great, you are in for a real treat when you see some of the other levels.
