All you have to do to win at monopoly is based around gaining these certain properties, which are... the train Stations.
Or for some of the other versions you have, the properties that appear once on each side of the board right in the middle.
Also, before suggesting a game, take a few 500s and 100s notes out and put them in your pocket. Then when playing the game put half of your starting money in your pocket and tell everyone that it's your reserve fund, and from time to time put more money in there. Then they won't question where the money comes from :D

The dark blues are a very key strategy if you happen to be in a wealthy situation. If you can afford to develop them, then you effectively have a game winning square.

Dark Blues are pointless wastes of money, as there are only two of them, and everyone ends up conspiring you to bankrupt you before you bankrupt them. The best colours are the oranges, complete ba$tard$, due to the restarting at that side after you go to jail.

I think its actually £1700-2000 with a hotel on park lane.
Also, when you are sent to jail near the start of the game, pay £50 and get out immeadiately. When further into the game however, wait until you have hadd all 3 of your throws.

I have actually been able to win once with them, and them alone.
There are 4 sets that you need to grab.
-The stations
-The light browns
-The reds
-The greens
