Why am I trying it out anyway?
The XBOX forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest XBOX game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Yeah she wants X-Box Live. I managed to get her a deal - an X-Box with JSRF, Sega GT 2002 and Silent Hill 2 for £180, well just a little under. ;-)
I also got a result - for being such a good customer and stuff there, one of the guys asked if I had JSRF and Sega GT 2002. I told him I had JSRF but not Sega GT and he gave me the disk with both games on for free !

So now I can sit down to some Sega GT once I can pry myself off Phantom Crash. ;-))

Nice to see you are helping people out with your extensive knowledge of the green side. What games is she intrested in? Is she purchasing Xbox Live when its released?

Well it looks like I'm off to the shops today - one of my friends is going out to buy an X-Box and wants me to come with them and help them decide on what bits to get. ;-)
She was gonna buy a PS2 because of GTA, but then she decided she didn't want to get a console for 1 game and prefered the X-Box overall. Plus where I have one, she knows she can play my games and look at the demo disks I have. ;-)
I told her about the £200 pack with 4 games but shes pretty set on having one now. 1 game I know shes picking up is Silent Hill 2: Inner Fears. Shes had that game on her brain all week apparently. ;-))
Spent the last hour on the phone to her as she ticked or crossed games she should get or leave on the shelf. ;-))
Anyway, shes like a little kid at Christmas at the moment and I better get ready for when shes picking me up to race off to the shop. ;-)

I think i'll be claiming Phantom Crash as a GAD. Apparently the developer is currently thinking of releasing an Xbox Live "Booster disk" for the game, allowing online play.
MechAssault is a cool game. Only done the first level so far but I can see its going to be pretty fun. Its really simple to control, and nothing like some of the Mech games have been. Going to try out Live later on, as on the case and in the manual it says you can download extra stuff for FREE. So going to see what they have and play some games.
