Why am I trying it out anyway?

The XBOX forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest XBOX game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Already got it :) Gamezfreak have you upgraded your NTL connection yet, as a 128K connection wont work with XBox Live.

I have my xbox in a specially designed area for my consoles in my room. It is wood and it very solid and you guessed it I haven't had any hard drive problems.

Yeah Master basically got it down pretty well. ;-))

And Phi11ip - I've had that error message too. Strangely though, I only got it while my X-Box was set up in the living room - on the floor. Its not sitting on the carpet as such, I put a hard back Liverpool annual under it to give it a harder surface to sit on. But I'm wondering if theres a link there as I've never had problems when my X-Box is on the shelf in my room.

And as for the annual - my Mum picks them up sometimes when they're on the cheap as she sees it as a book of my football team so she just brings them home sometimes. ;-)

Because I am a god like nice person who uses Jedi mind tricks on shop staff. ;-)

Actually I'm a regular customer in the shop - they know me by name and recieve most of my wages every year. ;-)

And before SR start kicking me - I've tried buying games from your Basildon shop and they never have the bloody things in stock !
Mind you I did pick up my Controller S there on release - had to look elsewhere for my Fifa 2003 game though. :-(

How many people have got the 'dodgy hard drive' error on TS2?

My mate got is loads at first but now it's gone!

Maybe it was a faulty batch...

Not alot really. Theres been abit of Morrowind talk and now its making me want the game.

coz he lives in game in basildon LOL it's scary when he walks in there, they kick all the customers out and lay a red carpet down, and then 2 oriental birds throw rose petals while another fetches his purple robe.

he then strolls around the shop then sits on his throan at the back while the staff demostrate the latest games.

he choses a few say hundred and also pre orders 200 more just to be sure.

he then is escorted by the oriental chicks out the shops and 3-4 servants carry his purchases to his home.
