Dreamcast £149.99 and Dvd 164.99 which for all of you Playstation fans £314.98 all togther. Dreamcast is better and with Bleemcast you can play Pc and Dreamcast games so just get them. Whose with me?

Ok so the Ps2 is good but you say that it is the ultimate console ever. bu!!s**t. The Dolphin/gamecube what ever is well better. Internet connection better graphics larger games etc.
X-box rules. So it's microsoft's first gamesmachine so what doesn't stp it being good does it.

Oh yeah, the PS2 also does not support FULL SCENE or hardware anti aliasing and the developers cant be BOTHERED to use it???
No, the systme is FAR too hard to program for, how come every DC title comes with it and makes it look smoother???
And extra hardware slots???
In the end, the PS2 wont fit in the shops, thats why they aint selling them there...

Since I am STILL annoyed that I bought a Jap PS2 Im gonna prove yall wrong....
No, the DVD on the PS2 WILL still be software based and YES, it sucks...
The DC already has 100 quality titles out there and if you wanna wine about good games, lets try Code Veronica (just bought it and it looks better than MGS2 in my opinion), Dead or Alive 2 (yes the PS2 version IS a disgrace and should NEVER have been done), Metropolis Street Racer (played the demo and its even the reeal time of day, if ur racing in the UK at 3pm it will be light 11PM dark etc with mists etc etc, Quake 3, Soldier of fortune, Half Life, Unreal Tournament at 40fps (at the minute they have the PS2 version at 15-25 fps and Time splitters looks awful), Ferrari F355 challenge and NO, you want have F360 cus its canned (thank goodness, it looked awful), Shenmue, Phantasy Star Online.... now, name one PS2 game apart from MGS2 that is better than those titles....please?
You can not only buy a good DVD player for £150 but a region free one aswell, better than the PS2s AND its not massive and gold, there are currently 3 models...
And as for the other post....

There are only 5 decent games coming on the PS2, no matter what ur tastes, and dont even try to tell me that NO DC games tempt you, because I know that for any genre you say, there is an excellent game..

Uhhhh, no they cant and Segas release was a year ago and PS2s is upcoming and looks like a 60s toaster with less capabilities... Who is behind the times??

Well, you got me there. But the the original PS controller is so good, it doesn't really need to be changed. Analogue buttons all round is about the only improvment they could make.>
Trust me, the analog buttons are not an improvement cus u have to press them so fecking hard it hurts and CVG members had to go to the doctor once.... And, the PS controler sucked, the dpad was crap, the 3D stick didnt move propery and it felt like crap....

(MGS2 and Rebirth are good for comparison) I have. And I can truly say that the graphics on the PS2 are not as good as the Gamecube. DVD playback is let down on the PS2, and most people are buying them in Japan just for that purpose just because it is cheaper. (Yes, the PS2 is cheaper than a decent DVD player, and you get a game playing device as well)
Personnaly, I think chipping will kill Sony this time round, as chips are ALREADY AVAILABLE for the PS2! It took a while for chips to get into circulation for the PSX (X?).

Oh please! That's crap! The PlayStation2 is so much more powerful with so much better graphics and is worth it's money! Why do you think sony has the good gaming companies and has so much better games?
The Dreamcast is a great system(one of my favs) but it's a piece of crap compared to the PlayStation2 and even the PlayStation! Oh yeah and MGS2(metal gear is my fav series) is do in 2001 not 2002.
