According to news on the BBC ladies are not buying enough games because they are not targeted/catered for well enough:

so I just wanted to find out if many females frequent these forums ?

Oh yeah, and you have more experience than I do? Well where's your top five arcade cabs?

I can see the response... "I have more intellectual affairs to concern myself with than witlessly pumping away my fortune in a dank, sordid pit of reclusiveness!" which I will interpret as "I never had fun on any arcade cabinets because I don't have any friends".

How's that for presumptious? :-P

Hold on a minute. In IBs defence you called him racist (which is a very serious allegation) with absolutly no cause whatsoever. That is hardly making something out of nothing.

I worked in the biggest and most reputable arcade on the North Wales coast you mong.

Just because you open your eyes and all you see is racial minorities, doesn't make me a racist.

It's pretty clear you were working in a really sh!tty arcade (if your bosses attitude is anything to go by), so it's no surprise you only saw greasy smelly people - although this is how you view most of the human race isn't it? All the people with taste were probably in the class arcade on the other side of town :-)

I call you presumptuous becuase, quite frankly, you are, and stupid at that, and you brand me a racist, and yet freely try to convince me that arcades are a racially obscure gathering ground for people of an asian origin, despite the fact that I'd wager a hefty sum that I have more experience on the matter than you do.

And don't try to tell me you're quoting anything. "MOst people in arcades are chinese" isn't a quote, its bloody bulls**t. Walk around the Trocadero, what do you see? A fair representation of white, black and asian people, and it has to be said that if there are any "majorities" they are those of the white and black persuasion.

No it's not. If I said "all chinese people are in arcades all the time"... THAT would be racist. I'm just quoting demographics. I could say 80% of gamers are males aged 18-25. That's sexist is it...

My top 5 arcade cabinets of all time:

1. Fighting Mania! I nearly bought one of these for my house, but I measured the door frame and it wouldn't have fitted inside :-(

2. Dance Dance Revolution

3. F355 link up

4. Daytona USA link up

5. Quick n' Crash.

In my years working in an arcade, I saw maybe 5 or 6 chinese people, living in an area where 99% of the population is white and the rest pakistani/Indian kind of influenced that.

Saying that the majority of people who go to arcades are chinese, however, IS a racist remark.
