Well one way might be to say something that I'm about to say...

I'm thinking of picking up a GC as soon as tomorrow.
A couple that haven't stopped breathing might now be thinking "why the change of heart ?"

The most obvious reason is that I have flu right now so chances are its the words of a sick bloke ranting.

The other is that I've been laying in bed thinking back to games I played such as Metroid and Zelda and how there are times I'd like to play them again (but of course in they're new forms). Afterall, at the end of the day I am a gamer, not a fanboy and I've grown up with Nintendo games.

I might also look into a Gameboy Advance SP towards the end of the month with some of the classic Snes games that are out or coming out.

If I get a GC, this is what I'm thinking of grabbing...
Black GC
Extra controller (black of course)
Resident Evil
Resident Evil Zero
Mario Sunshine
Advanced scart lead (for best pic and sound quality)

Then of course I'll pick up Metroid Prime and Zelda as they come out. Don't need a memory card as I have the one from when I had the GC before. Anyway, thats the current thing going through my head.
Blame my credit card taunting me while I'm ill for this happening.
Right, well I'm off to ponder more on this and decide on how I'm going to pay for it all if I decide to go shopping tomorrow.

I want to get both since I want "to Catch 'em all!" and "To be the best there ever was". Period.

Whitestripes - basically you use all of the weapons you see Jango use and things like the rope tie are available straight away - its used to capture certain enemies and gain extra cash. As far as I know though you don't get to actually use it as a proper attack, dragging people around like Jango does to Obi Wan in Episode 2.
Besides the weapons we know Jango has (twin pistols, rope, rocket pack missle, darts), he also has the flamethrower and you can get a sniper rifle later on. :-)

Adrian - Good luck on the Resi Evil progress. ;-) I'm counting the time down to Metroid Prime now. ;-)) I've read a couple of reviews and can't wait to try it.

I've also been looking at games I want to get for the GB Advance SP. I think so far I'll be picking up the likes of...
Legend Of Zelda: A Link To the Past
Metroid Fusion
Super Puzzle Fighter
Super Streetfighter 2
Pokemon Sapphire
Pokemon Ruby
Harvest Moon

Gonna try and get some more progress done on Bounty Hunter tonight. Might try and unlock another Monkeyball mini game too. ;-)

I am currently downloading the F-Zero trailer thingy you posted earlier, can't wait. I really want a death race again since I enjoyed doing the killing on the N64 game F-Zero X, but it was only about 30 cars, not enough.
I wonder how many rival cars are going to be able to play on a track at a time?

The Coruscant level on Bounty Hunter rocks, that's as far as I got then I had to take the game back.

Will buy it at some point.

I have to play Resi 0 more, I have got Billy and saved it just after the train starts moving. I played it with a friend on Saturday and we got a bit further but I didnt save it. Cant wait for Metroid Prime in a few days, going to be excellent.

Cool, looks like it's still on my list. Are the weapons decent? How many are there?

Although the main things I want are the flamethrower and the wire thingy to tie people up :D

Yup adrian - got through Resi 0 so I've beaten my first GC game since getting the console again. ;-))
I mean I completed Luigi's Mansion and stuff, but I'm just counting since my fresh start with the console. ;-))

Oh and Whitestripes - I've played through the first couple of levels of Bounty Hunter and its a pretty good game. Has its flaws but its fun. :-)

The complaints with the game are little things like getting the extra bounties for cash. You have to scan an enemy to see if they're worth money or not (not all of them are worth something and just need shooting). Thing is, when you do the scan you left wide open for attack as you can't move and scan at the same time which can be annoying. Sometimes you can do it from a distance, but most times you'll have to do it in the middle of a fire fight.
When you get round to capturing someone though its pretty fun. ;-)
Its a little repetitive as its really a third person blaster with a little platforming thrown in. But because you're controlling Jango Fett, the coolness of the character just blows away any bad feeling towards just blasting similar looking enemies. ;-)

Haven't gone too deep into the game, just done the first couple of levels. Its certainly not a top title, but its a good game and worth buying. :-)
So if you're a Star Wars fan and you like Jango Fett, then its definatly a game that will appeal. The Fetts are my favourite characters in Star Wars so naturally I'm enjoying myself. ;-))

I'll have to squeeze in some Monkeyball during the week too and try and unlock some more of the mini games.
Anyway, I'm off to bed - gotta get up for work. Just thought I'd add my report on the Bounty Hunter game. ;-)
