Well one way might be to say something that I'm about to say...

I'm thinking of picking up a GC as soon as tomorrow.
A couple that haven't stopped breathing might now be thinking "why the change of heart ?"

The most obvious reason is that I have flu right now so chances are its the words of a sick bloke ranting.

The other is that I've been laying in bed thinking back to games I played such as Metroid and Zelda and how there are times I'd like to play them again (but of course in they're new forms). Afterall, at the end of the day I am a gamer, not a fanboy and I've grown up with Nintendo games.

I might also look into a Gameboy Advance SP towards the end of the month with some of the classic Snes games that are out or coming out.

If I get a GC, this is what I'm thinking of grabbing...
Black GC
Extra controller (black of course)
Resident Evil
Resident Evil Zero
Mario Sunshine
Advanced scart lead (for best pic and sound quality)

Then of course I'll pick up Metroid Prime and Zelda as they come out. Don't need a memory card as I have the one from when I had the GC before. Anyway, thats the current thing going through my head.
Blame my credit card taunting me while I'm ill for this happening.
Right, well I'm off to ponder more on this and decide on how I'm going to pay for it all if I decide to go shopping tomorrow.

Yeah its a good little game. :-) Don't think its as good as the classic Mario games such as Mario 64 and stuff though, so I'm guessing Mario 128 will be better. :-)

Been playing Smash Bros. Got Jigglypuff up and I've been playing through the events. God some of these poxy things are frustrating !

And for the record, I'm using Pikachu. ;-)

Yeah some of the rip offs are pretty blatent aren't they. ;-)

God I'm such a gaming druggie - I went into a shop after work to look around and I headed into the games area. I saw a little 'Sale' area and looked through the games.

Oooooooo, Super Smash Bros Melee - £29.99, think I'll have that.....Ah ! Rogue Leader - £19.99 ! So of course another £50 spent on another 2 games for my new GC. ;-))
So in the space of just over a week, my GC's games total is 9. ;-)) So far I have...
Metroid Prime
Super Mario Sunshine
Resident Evil Zero
Resident Evil
Super Monkeyball 2
Super Smash Bros Melee
Star Wars: Rogue Leader
Star Wars: Bounty Hunter
Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee

Overall though I think that will be it until Zelda is released. ;-)) Thank god - need to pay off the bill for all this. ;-))

Yeah, i sgreee, the memory card is the worst. They tend to copy some products aswell, take "wavebird" for example. I think Pro logic are making a "free bird" for the xbox.

I know some third party controllers and stuff can be good - its the memory cards I really don't like. But even with controllers and stuff, I still tend to stick with official stuff. ;-)

Although some stuff is goos quality, for example, a PS2 controller (4gamers) was given free to a friend of mine, and it's like better than the official.

My memory card for my GC is 3rd party.

It has 1019 blocks on it, And seems to work fine at the moment, except sometimes it "overheats" and the GC cannot read it, so I shove it in the freezer :P

Yesterday was the first time I had seen the Phantasy Star Collection game and that was in Southampton which is over 80 miles away from me. But i's annoying that I don't have enough money left over to buy it from getting the money ready for the GBA SP and Zelda GBA.
