Hi guys,

Freeola is planning an ADSL launch in the new year. I would appreciate it if could post any comments as to what you'd like to see with this service.

If you are having a particularly good or bad time with an existing provider then tell us what impresses or annoys you and we'll try and incorporate as much as possible into our own offering.

What do you currently pay and is it monthly, quarterly or all up-front.

Does your current provider block certain ports?

Does it go very slow at night?

Look forward to reading your comments.

The BT wholesale of ADSL is £25 per month, so when it gets the the ISP it will have at least another £5 added onto it for us to pay.

Availability still depends totally on BT, so Freeola offering a service wont change that. Don't suppose your on the latest list for upgrades are you?

Sorry Andy, that sales pitch doesn't work on me :o)

I'm not even gonna go upto £15 a Month, so as for an Extra £20 on top ..... no chance, but nice try :o)

It all depends on the service offered. I use BT's Business500 connection at home and its great. I know 30-40 quid sounds a lot but its not once you work full time. I'm gonna have to pay the same for sky, my mobile, half that much for dental care, etc. ALso think about it this way, if you pay 15 quid a month for 0800 access then thy not spend another 20 to get access thats 20-40 times faster. If you have never used a high speed connection yet I suggest you do, and then you'll never want to go back to modems.
