I know there is already a champ man thread but i thought a new one should be made for the new champ man!!

Gone on manager holiday for the whole season and left it running.

Hopefully the fixtures will come back next season...

I wonder how the chamions league will work next season with no champions...

Just finished my first season with Man U
Came second in the league behind arsenal on goal difference. Both had 80 points but they had +2 better on the goal difference.
Did win the champions league though, 3-0 win over Dortmund.

Did quite well I think as I had a good few players like Giggs, Forlan, Beckham and Scholes out for some time.

I had a 26.5 million bid for Joaquin accepted in the second season after he had had an argument with the club, as chelsea. It came to the transfer and i didn't have the money. I delayed it but still couldn't raise the funds, despite selling Lampard to barcelona for 8 mill. The deal fell through and by hat time i couldn't get them to accept another bid!

I've tried with Man Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool, Barca, Juve, Real Madrid, Rangers. All I haven't tried with of the big European clubs is Bayern Munich. I may try them, but I still don't think he will come.

Still struggling to get Joaquin. He doesnt seem to want to come at all. To any club. May start with Betis just to see what he is like, because I always try and buy him and Denilson from there.

To have fully tested every option in the game would have took way too long, so they go over as much as they can and then release the updates when they come across any more faults.

Hardly rushed.

It was supposed to come out last year. There will still probably be bugs in it this time next year.

Jsut came across a major bug myself. In Season 2008/09 no club has any league fixtures. Dunno if this is just in my game as a one off, but no club in any league has a single league fixture and i'm deep into September now. Only cup comps are being played. very silly.

hmm cm4 seems to be a rushed overhyped game :|

I bought Giggs for £6million and sold him for £7.3million after 6 seasons. Not bad, eh? He won European midfielder of the year every single year except his second, where goddamn Joaquin won.

Wahey, Giggs just got Fifa World play of the year.

I rule, well, Giggs does anyway. :)
