I know there is already a champ man thread but i thought a new one should be made for the new champ man!!

anyone got cristiano ronaldo?! i tried to buy him but the club said no! then he was unhappy that he's not allowed to leave, but then when his contract ran out he turned me down and signed a new deal whit them? what's he like then?

i sold rui costa and got ronaldinho, worked a treat!!! get him he's way better, just a tip try and swap shevchenko for either joaquin or ronaldo (you mite have to pay a bit)

Who do you think the best player to replace Rui Costa would be? I have £41 million so I could get almost anyone. I am three years in, so no oldies.

Redownload it and either reinstall the game or (taken from sigames forum)

Start > Run > type REGEDIT and press return

Within the registry editor browse to the following..

HKEY_CURRENT_USER | Software | Sports Interactive Ltd | Installs | Championship Manager 4

You'll need to edit the value you see in there from 4.0.7 to say 4.0.5

Did you end up with that "Washing Up" instead of "crossing" attribute problem?

Haven't noticed the players moving slower. Seems the same to me.

Is it just me or with the new patch do the players move really slowly on pitch?
