I don't find it easier, but then I'm not managing Man U or Milan! :P
I find it easy enough with the third one.

Scored 135. Conceded 15.
Tis a bit easy, and with the fourth won I have to say it does look even easier. I am finding training harder with the third one though.

Get the fourth patch. It sorted the "resigned to leaving" bug for me for Athirson. If they are jaded, you are either training them too hard, or perhaps when they need a rest you are not giving them one.

Maybe your players were already top of their potential and couldn't get any better? I'm not sure for this one. If you have a player that speaks a really obscure language, you need a coach to accommodate for him, or he won't understand, want to leave the club, and definitely won't improve.

What patches do you have?
My Shevchenko stats are all done with EP3, with maybe one or two matches with EP4.

Henry in the second season was amazing for me. Played about 45 scored about 80. Most assists came from Del Piero, then Ruud and then Duff. I haven't thought about getting anyone else.
