I don't think the storyline is as ''deep'' but it is certainly just as complicated with many twists and plots as later Final Fantasies.

Not very keen on 5 or 6, though.

Won't bother getting 1, 2 or 3. Just because they really weren't all that special.

Or I could just download an emulator and the roms.

Of course I would buy the games as well so it's all perfectly legal...
