Is that the weapon you get almost right at the end? Before you fight the last boss?

Anyway I think that all Final Fantasy games were absolutely brilliant. You kinda just fall in love with every one of them..When I have some free time I am gonna play all 3 over again.

Oh and is it true that there will be a FF10 demo with FF6??

Has anyone else got the Excalhibur2 weapon on FF9? How hard did you think it was to get?

At first I prefered the FF8 junctioning system. It allowed me to (...I can't think of a way to describe it but maybe people will understand what I'm on about- I just found it a better system than in FF7 initially and better than FF9 when it can't out). However, after playing FF7 and FF9 I enjoy all the systems. I think perhaps I'm still better at FF8's junctioning system and I'd like to see a similar/same thing in FF10.

The cartoony look of the characters against some the superb backgrounds was the thing really but after after playing it for an hour I got swept along with the whole FF phenomanon. FF8's and FF9's graphics and animation fit together so well. FF10 will be even better.

I'm new to the whole FF phenomena, but thought that I'd give it a go. I've recently bought FF8 (well, it was in Amazon's sale @ £12.50 or something). I loaded it up and was impressed by the opening screens, mbut then - "Urrrgh, it's hideous!" - got to the main gameplay. The character graphics are blocky and not hugley well animated.

Don't be put off by this!

Play for an hour, and you'll be hooked like me! I love it, and can see many late-night sessions in the pipeline. It's great - it takes a bit of getting used to the whole "Junctioning" idea, but it's worth the perseverence.

I can't speak for FF9 or 10 yet, but I'll be moving up progressively. I figure 10 should be out by the time I finish 9!

Enjoy!
