To be honest, i have not really used it much, i just wander onto road in front of traffic and take my pick.

Though i do sometimes use it for a free auto shop.

ive done the bank robery, the bit where you collect all your leaders in a limo, and now stuck on the next limo mission, where you take the girl to a party.

when will it open?

same, it was well pointed out, like wookiee said, its strange how its not on by default, as most if not all ps2 games always have it on unless u want it off
