I know it is a game that many of the users on here are picking up, and with the release being only a couple days away, i thought it would be a good idea to start this Thread and get everyone's views, anticipations and expectations.

And of course as soon as we have all had ample time to play we will then be able to look back and see what went wrong and what was spot on!

Honestly is this game any good, im a bit struck for cash at the moment and can probably only afford one game for the next few months, is this game worth being that game?

All i can say Jubba is that everyone who i know who has played it so far has enjoyed it.

The main game will keep you going for a while, i think about 12 hours? if you do not stray from the plot. The online is also fun and offers something different.

If you liked GTAIV then you will like this, i think it is better than any GTA i have played and really enjoyed all aspects.

All i can suggest is to watch some video reviews on youtube to see what you think, but i think everyone will agree with me that it is a very good game.

The same horse trophy is mission quests only by the way Butch. Or so the official wiki says :S

Yeah, it is missions, and not side quests. As I say, I accidentally got this achievement, there's only 2 ways you can really fail it:

1.Get side tracked off the quests
2.Horse gets shot

The game was way too short for my liking, to be honest, I felt like I was in Mexico for about an hour, and then it was over. Blackwater was even shorter, completed that in a very short time.

Just got to Mexico.

My PS3 broke recently so lost a week's time :(

I lost my chance at the trophy as my horse automatically swapped when I bought a new house in Thief''s Landing. ....

Well that was silly :P I made money playing Liar's dice and Poker, so I had a pretty good horse from near the start :D

How was I to know buying a house would replace my horse? Should bloody warn you :(

I've got the house, it's the one with the generator outside right? Makes a funny noise when you go near it?

Dunno, its the only one you can buy in Thief's landing. Its waterside, and the horse is hitched right at the bottom of the stairs.

I think the horse may have been hitched there when I purchased the property..... that would explain it. But still..... damn annoying.
