Why do you say that Garin? And come on, I've looked at the scripts, doing this is just a few hours work, not a week that would justify $750 to $1,500 =/
Had someone ask back "Are we talking about writing a cgi script to be a front end to your databases"
What's that mean Garin?
Good luck with rentacoder, you'll need it. :P
They said they could do it for $750.00 to $1,500.00+

Pop along to rentacoder or something, you can find some accomodating asian person to do it for 50p. :)
I bought a camera recently and have been taking lots of photos around my town over the last week. I got some really good ones today.
I did some practising with podcasts awhile ago, but I need to buy a new microphone before I do any more.
About to do some archaeology work in my garden and still have the report and findings to sort out from our old house. I need to get in touch with our local museum and/or archaeology society.
I was suppose to contact the ancient egyptian department of the British Museum a few days ago but I got distracted when I started work on the banner ad system. I need to find out if the things in this box on my desk are 80+ years old, or several thousand years old.
Oh and I bought some of those finger wipe things you use to clean your teeth. I'll need to try them out and write about them.
Glad to see you are still working on your site!
As this is turning out to be a long project; perhaps you could summarise where you are at the moment?
Going back to last September - I can remember Polls, Tickers, CSS, Coming soon page, Sub-domains, hosting, colours etc. etc.
It would be nice to hear if you are getting somewhere... ;¬)
I'm spending far too much time trying to do this banner ad system. So I'm just gonna use the simple one that does groups but doesnt give advertisers their stats. Just for the launch, then pay some perl programmer a few hundred pounds to make me a new one ASAP.
Not sure if I'll find one. It's been 10 years since I hired a perl programmer.
"I'm afraid I don't know how =( but I'd really like to use a database".
Not too sure about Perl, but PHP makes it pretty easy to work with a couple of different databases; MySQL for example.
