I'm thinking of getting another console to go with my trusty PS2, but I'm not sure which of the current batch would suit my needs more. I absolutely love Halo to bits, and Halo 2 comes out soonish. But Ialso lke the look of them Star Wars games on the GC - especially Rebel Assault 3 when that comes out, Xwings, Millennium Falcons, Taun Tauns, etc. But then again Star Wars: Galaxies come out on XBox in September and that makes me drool. So which should it be? Xbox or Gamecube - you decide*.






* (you don't actually decide, I just said that so you'd think so had some degree of control over my life)

Thats funny seen as though its all constructive critism from someone who is getting one again a few weeks.

If had to put another console next to my PS2, it would be the $box. Yes Bill would get another unit sold - thats 2 this year. Games on Xbox have more scope than those for GC. DVD games can be big, and you have internet built in. But that said, if you really do want to play StarWars and other GC only titles, then you had better get a Cube.

Yes. But cube IS the Nintendo exclusives. i have it for no other reason (except Def Jam but shhh!).

Personally as PM said, sell the PS2 and get both.

But if you have to pick just one, I would go with the Xbox. I love my Cube, but the xbox is just better in my eyes. If you take all the Nintendo titles out of the mix, the Cube is not THAT appealing.

So the question is, do you like Zelda, Mario, Metroid etc more than Halo, PGR, Jet Set Radio Future, DOA etc?

I enjoy my Xbox more. And it does play DVDs. But that is just an added bonus.

I wrote some good stuff too in that one. But most of them do have some kind of a reason reason behind them, well, apart from a few. I liked making things up by the looks of things...
