Thats right, if i get a job, I will buy one of Microsoft's Love Boxes.

However, what games should I buy?

Only game that comes to me to buy is Halo...

Sugestions please... :D

For depth & longevity - "Morrowind".
For gripping gameplay - "Splinter Cell"
For graphical goodness - "Panzer Dragoon Orta"
For arcadey blastiness - "House of the Dead 3"
For cool gameplay - "Jet Set Radio Future"
For something different - "Shenmue II"

Along with Amped, Project Gotham Racing, Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee and Dead or Alive. Possibly Dead or Alive Beach Volleyball, Mech Assault and Max Payne. If you plan to get LIVE then consider Midtown Madness 3, Return To Castle Wolfenstein and Midnight Club 2.

Amped - Over looked too much, great snowboarding trick game.
Project Gotham Racing - Racing heaven, best on the market.
Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee - Superb platform game.
Dead or Alive 3 - My favourite fighting game to date.
Dead or Alive Beach Volleyball - Great fun and superb graphics.
Mech Assault - LIVE only as single player wears thin too fast.
Max Payne - One of the best shooting games that you will find.
Midtown Madness 3 - Another top LIVE title with a decent single player.
Return To Castle Wolfenstein - Top shooting game and great LIVE title.
Midnight Club 2 - Another LIVE orientated game but good fun.

No there are more its just that you haven't listed them. I think you will find that titles like Amped and Oddworld are at the very least decent titles. Hardly anyone bothers with them because they were launch titles. Thats fair enough but you can't go around saying they are the only "Decent" games worth getting as there are far more "Decent" games which might not meet your criteria but never the less there are some great games over looked on the Xbox.

I suggest getting a load of games out of the Xbox Classics range first (Its like the Nintendo players choice thingy) they're all only £19.99

My choice of Xbox Classics: -

Project Gotham Racing - Pretty much the best racing game on the Xbox. Amazing graphics, great handeling, and fun!

Dead or Alive 3 - Awesome beat em up title. Definatly worth a purchase if your a beat em up fan.

Oddworld Munchs Oddysee - Over-looked title that is DEFINATLY worth getting, Its Abe in 3D! Sick and twisted platformer with elements of fun humour. I love this game. In fact I demand you get it.

Other Xbox games: -

The elder scrolls 3: Morrowind - If your looking for a VERY deep game get this. Its absolutely brilliant - check out the "Morrowind discussion" thread.

Halo - (Obviously)

Splinter Cell - A stealth masterpiece, Churning out fooking gorgeous graphics and well, its the best stealth game on the market.

Jet Set Radio Future - A different kind of game, Cell shaded, But beautiful. The music rocks aswell.

Phantom Crash - Mech game...Its kinda hard to describe, but I love it. You build your own mech and play in "mech games" if that helps...

Panzer Dragoon Orta - Sega Brilliance

Unreal Championship - A good fun blast em up, especially if you have LIVE

Brute Force - Squad based Halo

*********

I reccomend those games for now. Also you'll need to get an Xbox DVD kit, I know they are abit pricey at £20 but the Xbox holds a beastly DVD player inside it. Its got all the features of a normal DVD player and everything. T'is good.

And you should get a Controller S if you don't like the big one.

You getting Xbox LIVE?

Halo - Just because
Unreal Championship - good shooty fun
Max Payne - excellent game and most shops are selling it for 15 squids so you can hardly say no
Jet Set Radio Future - Excellent game from Sega, more addictive than crack
Project Gotham Racing - Realistic racer that somehow manages to be fun
Buffy - Strangely enjoyable, smashy vampire game

Probably a lot more, just they're the only one's i've got.

All those already mentioned, along with Sega GT, ( I might just have missed it) and Nightfire. Ace multiplayer. I love it.
