Okay, an absolute torrent of entries for this one, it too ka good couple of hours to read them all, and I had to kill several trees for the paper to print them all out, so no moaning about the winners.

Winner of a game of his choice - mickey, for his suggestion of a 'Gameaday Receipt' idea, of which many of you suggested, but mickey got their first. Well done, mickey.

Runners up prize of a DVD of his choice goes to Aliboy, for his 'Santa' idea. It's well put and a nice festive idea, so it's definitely worthy of a prize. Congrats.

Thanks to everyone for all your entries, we read them all and found them to be very useful. Peace out, and complaints to the usual address. Cheers

Ali

Extra GAD prize here for those with a creative brain to help us with our marketing and promotions.

1. Don't suggest any alterations to the site design. Don't suggest expensive campaigns.

2. Suggest how we can attract more visitors to the site from within the pages of our Club Magazine and our adverts in the specialist press such as PC Gamer.

3. Remember space is very limited. But you can enter this with something as simple as a change to the wording which we already use.

Below is an example of the type of thing we are looking for:

Looking at this advert you may think we are not to be trusted.
You've never probably heard of us.
You have no idea of the fun you are missing
Visiting UKGAMES.COM could be the most important decision of your life.
You could be paying considerably less for games then the RRP price.
You could be winning games.
You could be chatting about games.
Sadly words cannot express what SPECIAL RESERVE is like.
The truth is you have to experience it for yourself

PICTURE:
UKGAMES.COM BANNER. Complete advert is black with white text. Accompany with Darkus' version of SR towers (The PS2)

EXPLANATION:
This advert strives on people's curiosity. It may not seem much but the advert is so mysterious that people skimming through the pages see the picture which looks unsual and interesting. They then read the text. They then go to the site because they are interested in what it is.

People are weak. Use it against them!

We can make you famous!

Text
It's easy! Just go to our website ukgames.com and review one of the many games we sell. The best ones will be published in our club magazine complete with your name!

Picture
Lots of famous people including Britney Spears, Eminem, Tom Cruise etc...

Explanation
This would draw in new good writers to the website. Good writers will come to review products in the hope they can get their work printed in the magazine. Maybe you could replace your product reviews in the back of your magazine with peoples reviews. People can trust them to be less biased so you can make money as well. Go on..
