Okay, an absolute torrent of entries for this one, it too ka good couple of hours to read them all, and I had to kill several trees for the paper to print them all out, so no moaning about the winners.

Winner of a game of his choice - mickey, for his suggestion of a 'Gameaday Receipt' idea, of which many of you suggested, but mickey got their first. Well done, mickey.

Runners up prize of a DVD of his choice goes to Aliboy, for his 'Santa' idea. It's well put and a nice festive idea, so it's definitely worthy of a prize. Congrats.

Thanks to everyone for all your entries, we read them all and found them to be very useful. Peace out, and complaints to the usual address. Cheers

Well most of you know places like G*eocities.com and exp*ge.com???

Well they both give out free websites but the URL consists of their name, and they put a free ad on your site. Although both give the option of an owned domain, and hosting.

SR host and sell Domains. They could do the same but the addresses could be like so:

www.zeldapro.freeola.com...or...www.zeldapro.sr.com

plus put a banner on the site. Plus people could make it online, or make it offline and then upload it to an FTP like:

ftp.freeola.com??

Now this is what made me write this in the first place before remembering the SR don't ddo this service (currently).

The banner you put on the FREE sites, could be one of the ones on this Compo listed (or your own) and that way it would be viewed from millions of websites, and the advertisements wouldn't be costing you a thing, since they are on the sites that you let people use.
